Privacy Policy
Briks Contracting ("Briks", "we") is a flooring contractor based in Chanhassen, Minnesota. This page explains what happens to the information you give us through this website. We keep it simple because we collect very little.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through the estimate form or the call-booking form:
- your name, phone number and email address
- details about your project: the rooms, floor type, size, timing and any notes you write
- the day and time you pick for a call
We do not ask for payment details, government IDs or anything sensitive, and you should not send them through the forms.
How we use it
To reply to you, book and hold your call, measure your space and prepare a written estimate. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who sees it
Your form is sent to us as an email. To do that we use an email delivery service (Resend). The site itself is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes the requests that load the pages and carry the form. These providers handle your information only to run the service for us.
What this site stores on your device
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not run analytics. It saves a few small settings in your browser so it works the way you left it:
- Your version choice, if you switch between the full 3D version and the lightweight version.
- A one-time flag so the intro animation is skipped after you switch versions.
- Your answer to the notice about this policy, so we do not ask again.
You can clear these at any time in your browser's site settings. If we add analytics or anything else that tracks you in the future, we will update this page and ask first.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate and call requests for as long as we need them to serve you, and for our business and tax records. If you become a customer, project records are kept as long as the work requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us at hello@briks.example and we will take care of it.
Children
This website is meant for homeowners and businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
